3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Usernames are unique and, once claimed, cannot be changed. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of photos, profile information, playlists, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant photosthing a limited license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service.

You are responsible for Your Content and must have the rights to share it. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or otherwise harmful.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 13
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Scrape, abuse, or disrupt the Service or other users
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
• Violate applicable laws

6. Playlists and third-party media

Playlist features may reference third-party video or audio platforms. Those platforms' terms apply to their content. photosthing does not claim ownership of third-party media.

7. Privacy

How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy. Profiles are public. You can block someone so they can no longer reach your profile.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we remove your profile, posts, playlist, and related data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, photosthing and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
