• Account information — email and authentication details via our sign-in provider (Clerk), plus your username, display name, and profile details you provide
• Content — photos you upload, playlist tracks, about text, location, and links
• Usage data — basic technical information needed to operate and secure the Service (for example, device or browser signals processed by our hosting and auth providers)
• Compliance attestations — records that you accepted the Terms and confirmed you are 13 or older

5. Sharing

Profiles and content are public and visible to other users. You can block someone so they can no longer reach your profile. We share data with service providers that help us run photosthing (for example authentication, database, and hosting), subject to their privacy practices. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account and content data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile, uploaded photos, playlist tracks, follow relationships, and blocks from our systems. Some backups or logs may persist for a limited period for security and operational reasons.

You can:

• Edit your profile settings
• Block accounts and manage your blocked list
• Delete individual posts
• Delete your account from settings

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
